Performance by location $/day per car · Home vs Airport
Segmented from each booking's pickup location. $/day is the fair comparison across trips of different lengths. Heads-up: a single short trip inflates $/day — the numbers get trustworthy once each car has several trips in each location. (A future refinement will net out per-trip delivery cost.)

How to read this
Turo doesn't expose lost bookings, so you can't directly see how much an airport delivery fee suppresses demand. Treat it as an experiment: stage a car at the airport for a few weeks, then compare its airport $/day and booked-days-per-week to its own home baseline here. Same car, same photos — only the location changed. Once a clear winner emerges per car, set its staging accordingly.

Import tolls CSV export from your toll account
Works with Peach Pass, E-ZPass, SunPass, TxTag, FasTrak and others. Pick your network, paste or upload the CSV, and the hub matches each toll to the vehicle (by plate or transponder) and to the guest who had it at that time.

Toll ledger
Reimbursable tolls fell inside a guest's trip — chase those. Operating tolls have no trip (an airport delivery or repositioning run you drove yourself): they're a business expense on that vehicle, stay out of the guest summary, and remain a permanent cost in True Net.

Data
All data is stored in this browser. Back it up, move it to another device, or reset it here.
Clear all bookings removes every trip and account adjustment so you can re-import a clean history — your vehicles and their settings stay. Reset all data wipes everything, including vehicles. Both download a backup first and ask you to type a confirmation word.
Import data one smart uploader — it figures out the file
Drop or choose a file and Curblane detects what it is and routes it: a Turo Trip Earnings or transaction export, a Turo receipt, a batch of Turo .eml emails (or a .zip of them), a toll statement, a your parking service parking report, or a Curblane backup (.json). Guessed wrong? Set it with What is this?. An unrecognized CSV drops to a quick column mapper. Everything is parsed in this browser — the raw file is discarded right after parsing; only structured records are kept.

Passkeys passwordless sign-in for this account
A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN — nothing to remember, nothing to phish. It’s stored on your device and works alongside your email magic link, which keeps working either way. Add one per device you sign in from.
Restore points cloud snapshots of your fleet
Curblane automatically snapshots your data as it changes and keeps a rolling history. Roll back to any point — your current data is snapshotted first, so a restore is itself undoable. No need to contact support.
Your data back it up or move devices
Download a full backup of your fleet and records (a .json file), or import one from another device. Your data also syncs to the cloud and is snapshotted automatically (see Restore points above).

Permanently delete your Curblane account and all of its data — your fleet, every synced record, your restore points, and any photos you uploaded — and cancel any active subscription. This cannot be undone. A full backup downloads first, and we ask you to type DELETE to confirm. This erases your data immediately rather than the up-to-30-day window in our privacy policy.

Overview
Break-even pace
How many booked days each car needs this month to cover its fixed monthly cash cost, and how far along it is. Unlike a month-end net, this is actionable on the 8th.
How to read this
A car past its break-even line is covering its own costs; one behind pace still owes the month.
Today
What is happening now and in the next 7 days — pickups, returns, and service coming due — pulled live from your bookings, service log and tolls.
Needs attention
A short list of the most pressing items; the full list lives on the Needs attention page.
What to do next
Click through to Needs attention to work the whole queue.
Per-vehicle P&L
Compact True Net by car for the selected month. Revenue minus every cost you have entered.
How to read this
Until you enter insurance, loan, reserve and recurring costs, this reads as Gross — revenue, not profit.
What to do next
Add each car's economics on Financials and in the Garage editor.
Vehicle status
Each active car's current state — available, on a trip, or unlisted — at a glance.
Recent bookings
The five most recent trips, at a glance. The full ledger — filters, sorting, add/edit, and the calendar — lives on the Bookings page.
What to do next
Click View all to open Bookings.
Bookings
The trip ledger
Every trip Curblane knows about — from email/CSV imports or added by hand. Everything on Overview, Financials and Location is summed from here.
How to read this
Each row shows the reservation ID (click to copy — Turo support asks for it), guest, car, pickup/return and payout.
Filter by time
All / Upcoming / Active / Past splits the ledger so you can see future trips, what's out right now, and history separately. Upcoming = pickup still ahead; Active = on a trip now; Past = already returned.
How to read this
The time filters hide cancelled trips; switch to All to see them.
Sort
Tap any column header (Guest, Vehicle, Res ID, Pickup, Return, Payout) to sort; tap again to reverse. Default is pickup date, newest first.
Add, correct or delete
+ Add booking enters a trip by hand. Turn on Edit to fix a mis-imported guest name or payout, or to delete a trip. Delete takes two clicks (arm, then confirm) and is undoable.
What to do next
Assign any Unassigned trip to its car from the Vehicle dropdown on the row.
Mask names
Guest first names show in full for reference. Turn on Mask names to hide them behind initials while screen-sharing or taking a screenshot; click an initial to reveal the full name. Names never leave this device.
Calendar
A month grid of trips, tinted per car. Tap a car's colour key in the Garage editor to change its tint.
Fleet
Fleet KPIs
Top-line counts and month-to-date figures for the active fleet.
Vehicle cards
One card per active car. Click any row to expand its full detail in place; sort by tapping a column header. MTD net is the default sort, highest first.
How to read this
Full specs and the maintenance log live on the Maintenance tab, not here.
Role
Flip a car's role — Revenue, Chase or Unlisted — with the inline dropdown. It updates the optimizer, financials and overview live.
What to do next
Set a car you are not renting to Unlisted so it drops out of utilization and the optimizer.
Parking optimizer
Parking optimizer
Type each car's real days per month at the airport lot. The optimizer compares Unlimited vs Daily (break-even is about 10.5 days on the sample $105/mo vs $10/day plan), flags the cheaper plan per car, and totals the savings versus your current plan. Edits save on this device.
How to read this
A blank lot-days field means “not entered,” not “zero days parked” — a car with no number is not costed until you enter one.
What to do next
Enter lot days for every revenue car, then apply the flagged plan at your parking provider.
Overbilling audit & dispute export
Import a parking report (e.g. your parking service) and Curblane audits every charge — catching same-day double-billing and long-running sessions to verify. Export dispute CSV then builds a ready-to-send file: one row per charge, correlated to the Turo trip covering that billed day, flagging duplicates and days the car was out on a trip (so it can’t have been in the lot). A trip-middle day (car out all day) is the strong dispute; a trip’s pickup or return day is marked partial — verify before claiming it.
How to read this
A cancelled trip does not count as “out” — the car stayed put. Unmatched parking vehicle names resolve to a car by a unique name match; two identical models are left unassigned rather than guessed. Read the Parking $ column — some flagged days are $0 “covered” charges.
What to do next
Import your parking report, then click Export dispute CSV and send the flagged rows — lead with the duplicates and the out-all-day trips — to your parking provider for a credit.
Location
Performance by location
$/day per car, Home vs Airport, segmented from each booking's pickup location. $/day is the fair comparison across trips of different lengths.
How to read this
A single short trip inflates $/day — the numbers get trustworthy once each car has several trips in each location. Pickup location comes from booking emails or a hand-entered booking; Turo's CSV export has no location column.
How to read this
Turo doesn't expose lost bookings, so you can't directly see how much an airport delivery fee suppresses demand. Treat it as an experiment: stage a car at the airport for a few weeks, then compare its airport $/day and booked-days-per-week to its own home baseline. Same car, same photos — only the location changed.
What to do next
Once a clear winner emerges for a car, set its staging accordingly.
Financials
Recurring monthly overhead
A live total of the fixed cost of keeping the fleet parked. Cleaning and other recurring costs are set per car in the Garage editor (Recurring expenses) and show in the P&L “Other” column.
Per-vehicle P&L
Revenue is summed from booking payouts with a pickup in the selected month. Tap a bar to jump to that month; hover for the month's detail. Enter each car's insurance and loan; parking follows the optimizer.
How to read this
Net = revenue − parking − insurance − loan − reserves − other − maintenance − tolls. Empty cost columns are hidden; show them to enter or check values.
What to do next
Enter insurance, loan, wash and reserve per car so Net stops being just Gross.
Tolls
Import tolls
Works with Peach Pass, E-ZPass, SunPass, TxTag, FasTrak and others. Pick your network, paste or upload the CSV, and Curblane matches each toll to the vehicle (by plate or transponder) and to the guest who had it at that time. Parsed in this browser; the file is never uploaded.
Reimbursable vs operating
Reimbursable tolls fell inside a guest's trip — chase those. Operating tolls have no trip (an airport delivery or repositioning run you drove yourself): they're a business expense on that vehicle, stay out of the guest summary, and remain a permanent cost in True Net.
How to read this
Reclassify a toll to operating when nobody owes it back.
Transponder → vehicle map
Map each transponder or tag to a vehicle so its tolls associate automatically on every future import.
Plaza / toll-code key
Codes like 75B-ALB-S come straight from your toll network. Name the ones you recognise and the readable name shows wherever that plaza appears. The list is built from what you actually imported.
Toll ledger
Every toll with its vehicle, guest, plaza and status. Use Copy to build a per-guest toll summary to paste into a Turo message, and the status chip to cycle pending → invoiced → paid.
What to do next
Copy the summary into the guest's Turo thread, then mark the toll invoiced.
Needs attention
Needs attention
Live from your bookings, service log and tolls — the same feed as the Overview card, in full. It looks 7 days ahead.
What to do next
Clear each item at its source: confirm a return, log a completed service, or send a toll invoice.
Service status across the fleet — what's due, coming up, or overdue by mileage or time, from each car's intervals.
How to read this
Verify tire size/pressure on the driver door-jamb sticker and confirm bulb, battery and wiper part numbers against the owner's manual before buying. Rental/severe use often qualifies for the shorter service intervals.
Vehicle list & detail
Add, edit, retire or delete a vehicle, and open the deep-spec editor (economics, colour, intervals, recurring expenses, loan). Retiring a car keeps its full specs and log but removes it from the active fleet; its past revenue still shows in the P&L.
Service log
Record completed services per car. Export log / Import log move the log as JSON; Settings enables cross-device sync. Entries save on this device by default.

How to read this
System mode tracks your OS light/dark schedule live — switch to Light or Dark to pin one regardless of the system.
Passkeys
Add a passkey to sign in with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN — nothing to remember, nothing to phish. Add one per device; your email magic link keeps working alongside it.
How to read this

Getting started
Create your account
Sign in with a passkey or a magic link — Curblane has no passwords. Your fleet starts empty and hydrates from your own account.
Add your first car
On the Maintenance tab, use + Add vehicle and open the deep-spec editor to enter its economics (insurance, loan, reserve). A VIN decode fills most specs.
Import your history
From Settings, import your Turo Trip Earnings export to backfill trips, revenue and fees. See Importing your data for the details.
The free tier
Free covers up to 2 active cars with the full toolset. Paid tiers raise the active-car cap — see Billing & tiers.
Core concepts
True net
Your actual Turo payouts minus your real costs — insurance, loan interest, parking, recurring expenses (cleaning, registration, GPS…), maintenance, reserve, depreciation and unreimbursed tolls.
Gross (costs not entered)
Earnings with no costs subtracted. Until you enter insurance, loan and the rest, this is revenue — not profit.
Cash flow
What actually moves through your bank: the FULL loan payment, and no non-cash accruals (no depreciation, no maintenance reserve).
Rev / available car-day (RevPACD)
Earnings divided by the days a car was listed and available — not just the days it was booked. It penalises an idle listing, which utilization alone hides.
Utilization
Booked days divided by available days. Uses the ACTUAL return, so a late return is not invisible.
Break-even days
How many booked days this car needs THIS month to cover its fixed monthly cash cost. Actionable on the 8th, unlike a month-end net.
Realized vs benchmark
Your realized nightly rate against your own trailing 90-day rate. Positive means you are getting more per night than you used to.
Overhead
Recurring monthly cost of keeping the fleet parked. Cleaning and other recurring costs are set per car as recurring expenses and show in the P&L Other column.
Maintenance reserve
A monthly accrual for future wear (roughly $/mile times monthly miles). Non-cash: it hits true net but not cash flow.
Reimbursable toll
A toll that fell inside a guest trip window. A cost until the guest reimburses you, then recovered.
Operating toll
A toll with no guest trip — an airport delivery, staging or repositioning run you drove. A permanent business expense on that vehicle, never billed to a guest.
Importing your data
Trip Earnings export (best)
Turo's Trip Earnings export is one row per reservation — it carries the real trip dates, the net and every fee, so trips land exactly. Cars are matched by Turo Vehicle ID, then by name; anything unmatched you can map to a car or create. Re-importing is safe: trips already present are skipped. Parsed in this browser, never uploaded.
Earnings / transaction export
The older transaction export works too, but it only has payout dates — so imported trips have no real start/end, which makes utilization and your realized nightly rate unreliable until you add trip windows from emails or receipts.
Booking & change emails (.eml)
Turo booking and change emails carry the exact trip window keyed to reservation ID, and Curblane will also create a trip from an email it has no CSV row for. Drop in .eml files — a whole batch, a .zip, or pasted text. Only the reservation ID, trip times, earnings and the guest's first name are read; phone numbers, surnames and profile links are never read or stored, and the email is never saved or uploaded.
Receipts
A Turo receipt is the most precise source — it carries the exact booking time, trip window, daily rate, any duration discount, the delivery fee and your net, all on one page. Paste one or more and Curblane fills in the exact figures. Delivery and discounts are separated so your realized nightly rate reflects the rental only.
Tolls CSV
Peach Pass, E-ZPass, SunPass, TxTag, FasTrak and others. Curblane matches each toll to a vehicle and to the guest who had it at that time. See the Tolls page.
Loan statement
A vehicle loan statement is parsed client-side against a field allow-list (payment, rate, balance, last-4 only). The statement file itself is discarded — it is never stored or uploaded.
Billing & tiers
Plans by fleet size
Tiers are sized by active cars: Free ≤ 2 · Starter ≤ 5 · Fleet ≤ 15 · Pro ≤ 40 · Enterprise (custom). Retired cars don't count toward the cap. Annual billing is two months free.
Founding hosts
Founding hosts keep an early-supporter rate (bounded to the Starter tier) locked for three years, shown by the ★ Founder badge.
Changing plans
Upgrade, downgrade or manage payment from your account; changes take effect immediately and the active-car cap is enforced on save.
Data, sync & backups
Cloud sync
Your fleet is stored in the browser as the working copy and mirrored to your account. Sync is server-authoritative and encrypted at rest; writes go through a checked path that enforces your plan's active-car cap.
Snapshots & restore
Curblane keeps change-driven snapshots (roughly 30 days of recent versions plus 12 monthly points) so you can self-service restore a prior state if an import or edit goes wrong.
Offline
Edits made offline are queued and reconciled when you reconnect, per-key last-write-wins with record union — so two devices don't clobber each other's changes.
Export
You can export your maintenance log (and re-import it) as JSON at any time from the Maintenance tab.
Privacy
How to read this
Curblane keeps a per-feature data map rather than one blanket privacy claim. Each row says what a feature reads, where it lives, and what it never stores. For the full policy, see the privacy page.
Guest names
Guest first names show as initials next to a plate-identifiable car; tap to reveal. Names are stored on this device only and are never shared. Surnames, phone numbers and profile links are never read.
Imported files
Earnings CSVs, booking emails, receipts and loan statements are parsed entirely in your browser. The source file is never uploaded or saved — only the allow-listed fields are kept.
What syncs
Your fleet records and logs sync to your account (encrypted at rest). Device-only preferences such as the light/dark theme never leave the device.
