Changelog
What changed for hosts in the US and Canada, newest first.
October 2026
- Pro covers 21 to 50 active cars at $99 a month or $990 a year, and a fleet of more than 50 cars is Enterprise.
- The Parking audit shows a Days to dispute tile with the number of billed days the car was out on a trip, and the amount of those charges.
- Upgrading a plan you already pay for shows the prorated charge for today before you confirm, a new plan asks you to pick Monthly or Annual, and a free trial covers any number of cars.
- The Tolls page lists charges a page at a time, and says which rows are on screen.
- Overview and the account summary stay responsive as more cars and trips are on the account.
- If a save can't reach the server, a "Not synced" banner shows that the latest changes are on this device and have not reached your other devices, with a button to try again.
- If this browser cannot store an import, Curblane says the save failed.
- On a phone, Try the demo is a full-width button under Start free.
- Re-importing tolls or parking after you rename a car flags those rows as possible duplicates to review.
- If a CSV could be tolls or parking, Curblane asks which it is before saving anything.
- You can keep the books in Canadian dollars and kilometres, and import a 407 ETR toll file.
- Growth is the plan for 6 to 10 active cars, at $49 a month or $490 a year, between Starter and Fleet.
- In the ledger, trip income, cancellation fees, and maintenance each have their own column, and the same loan installment is not entered twice.
- If Curblane cannot read the fleet it has saved, an import stops instead of replacing your cars with only the new file.
- A failed card payment shows on Overview and Account, your fleet stays available, and you can update the card in billing.
- Before a new car moves you onto the next plan, Curblane shows the price change.
- A toll the guest pays back is applied to that toll, not counted as rent.
- Break-even days are calculated from rental net, and a tax rate you have not entered stays blank.
- Only a Peach Pass file treats a negative amount as a charge, and every other toll file, including 407 ETR, keeps a positive amount as a charge.
- A trip that ends on a date with no time stays on that day.
- When you switch to kilometres, the distance labels follow, and numbers already saved are not converted.
- A short gap between trips is marked as a move or as time to clean.
- A credit on a toll or parking statement stays negative, so it lowers what you owe.
- Photos you add to a car stay private to your account.
- Financials sits in the sidebar next to Overview.
- The homepage hero leads with parking, tolls, and true net.
- A month with no trips is not shown as a true net of $0, and the public demo links back to the Curblane site.
- Reimbursements stay out of trip earnings, so true net is the rental minus your costs.
- The last loan payment counts interest plus the remaining principal, and a payment is not counted again when depreciation is already booked.
- A maintenance reserve and the repair it pays for are not both subtracted.
- An account adjustment shows on the month, the year, and Overview, and the total is the sum of the rounded rows.
- A car left out of a parking import keeps its estimated lot days.
- Insurance you leave blank shows as not entered, and true net does not invent a monthly premium.
- A paid plan keeps the cars that plan allows, and a fleet over the cap still syncs, with extra cars read-only until you upgrade.
- You cannot open a second subscription while one is still active.
- On a phone, a menu opens Pricing, How it works, FAQ, and Live demo.
- Help describes toll import as a CSV export or a paste, and loan terms as text you paste in.
- Log last oil change opens Maintenance with oil selected and the odometer ready.
- The homepage puts the trust notes above the fold and tells the current product story.
- Monthly costs start on the day a car went into service.
- A retired car keeps its costs for the months it was in service, and you can edit the day it left service.
- Break-even gives the same answer after a refresh, and parking uses imported charges once you have them.
- A trip is counted in the month its payout lands, so trips and earnings cover the same bookings.
- A cost on the 1st of the month stays in that month.
- A founding rate lasts 12 months from the first bill, then the standard price for the plan the active cars fit.
- Maintenance is a log you can update on a phone, with status and cost for each car.
- A founding spot is claimed when you subscribe, not when you create an account.
- Uploading a photo of a car works again.
- The maintenance log always offers an oil change and a tire rotation.
- Weekend days on a parking bill count as real charges, and you can import one invoice file at a time.
- Importing a trip file again updates the trips already saved and keeps the pickup and return locations.
- A newer earnings export does not erase later revenue or add an extra car and fee.
- A saved booking email keeps changes and cancellations, and does not replace a newer payout with an older one.
- Importing tolls or payouts again does not duplicate them, and a trip keeps the year written in the file.
September 2026
- The homepage leads with the parking audit and describes the imports the product accepts.
